At Netadmin Systems, we're looking for a skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to develop and execute channel sales programs that drive revenue growth through new and existing partners, identify, recruit, and onboard Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Sales Agents, and Technology Partners, establish and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key partners, and align partner programs with Netadmin's business objectives and market needs.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in partner/channel management and/or direct sales, ideally within IT software solutions for the telecom industry, a strong network within the Telco industry, with existing relationships across multiple levels, experience working with channel partners, resellers, and VARs and building effective partner programs, exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage at C-level, a strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into tangible partner initiatives, and fluency in English; Swedish and German language skills are a plus.
- Develop and execute channel sales programs that drive revenue growth through new and existing partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard VARs, Sales Agents, and Technology Partners.
- Establish and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key partners.
- Align partner programs with Netadmin's business objectives and market needs.
