We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at TN Sweden, a global leader in providing software solutions for fiber network operators.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and channel sales programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing channel sales programs that drive measurable business growth.
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Sales Agents, and Technology Partners.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships with key partners.
- Aligning partner programs with our business objectives and market needs.
In addition, the successful candidate will have strong communication and executive presence, be able to engage at C-level, and possess a strategic mindset to translate business goals into tangible partner initiatives.
