About the Role

The Channel Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our partner ecosystem, strengthening our presence in the fiber Telco industry, and driving revenue growth. This newly created position offers the opportunity to shape and execute Netadmin's channel sales strategy from the ground up.

You'll focus on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners, as well as strengthening relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a channel sales program that drives revenue growth through new and existing partners.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Sales Agents, and Technology Partners.
  • Establish and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key partners.

This is a hybrid role, with key markets in the Nordics, Western Europe, and the US. You'll report to our VP of Sales & Marketing and work closely with Resellers, Sales Agents, and Eco System Partners.
