**Strategic Sales and Partnerships Director - Expand Your Network and Drive Revenue**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Channel Sales efforts as a Strategic Sales and Partnerships Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales programs that drive revenue growth through new and existing partners, identifying, recruiting, and onboarding Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Sales Agents, and Technology Partners, establishing and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships with key partners, aligning partner programs with Netadmin's business objectives and market needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in partner/channel management and/or direct sales, ideally within IT software solutions for the telecom industry, a strong network within the Telco industry, with existing relationships across multiple levels, experience working with channel partners, resellers, and VARs and building effective partner programs, exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage at C-level, a strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into tangible partner initiatives, and fluency in English; Swedish and German language skills are a plus.

  • Develop and execute channel sales programs that drive revenue growth through new and existing partners.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard VARs, Sales Agents, and Technology Partners.
  • Establish and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key partners.
  • Align partner programs with Netadmin's business objectives and market needs.
