Job Overview:

Are you our next Sales Manager to take on the challenge of increasing sales in Saab's strategic markets?

Responsibilities:
  • With operations on every continent, Saab serves the global market with world-leading products, services, and solutions to meet customers' demands and needs.
  • The world is changing rapidly and therefore we have to adapt and be proactive in our work to give the support that our customers are demanding.
  • As part of the Sales Team at Business Unit Training and Simulation, you will play an important part in the process of providing our customers with our latest capability offerings as well as the world-leading Live "Force on Force" training system.
  • You enjoy situations where you interact socially and face customers frequently.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, we expect you to demonstrate a strong drive, commitment, and ability to motivate and engage your colleagues and, when needed, lead a team with a variety of knowledge to identify and capture new business opportunities. You are a confident communicator leading your sales process by values, visions, and goals.
