The Position

We are looking for experienced Senior Infor Solution Architects within the industry areas of Manufacturing and Distribution to join our team in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have consulting experience across multiple industries and Infor cloud suites to design roadmaps and solutions that deliver defined business outcomes to support our customers in achieving their business strategy. This role requires experience in industry segments such as Distribution and Manufacturing and expertise in implementing Infor Cloud ERP solutions powered by M3.

You will play a leading role towards our clients and shape our Infor M3 practice. You will help our customers design and implement long-term and sustainable solutions that bring true value. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, reviewing their requirements to ensure alignment with operational objectives and leading architecture discussions throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Initially, you will also be part of building and setting up the Infor M3 Academy at p2-i. As a leader in the company, you will lead and mentor trainees and associate consultants, ensuring individual learning and growth combined with efficient delivery in customer assignments.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Logistics, Economy, or a relevant area of study.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience working with the ERP system Infor.
  • Experience as a senior solution architect on Infor Cloud solutions powered by M3 across all business process areas of Warehousing, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing and Planning, Customer Sales, Finance, Service, and Rental.
  • Proven ability to decompose technical complexity into simple, business-focused outcomes.
  • Deep industry expertise across segments such as Distribution and Manufacturing, with knowledge of business process standards and information & architectural models in these industries.
  • Passionate about always doing the right thing for the customer and leading with a Customer First mindset.
  • Expert in designing Infor Cloud Solutions across a broad remit of Infor and industry best practice technologies.
  • Experience driving innovation for customers and facilitating their digital journey.
  • Passionate about sharing knowledge and coaching others on Infor technology and industry expertise.
  • Knowledge and experience in the application of Infor architecture engagement processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of standards for business processes, information models, and architectural models generally applied in industry.
  • Knowledge of standard methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
  • Experience working in international environments and assignments.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

For this position, you will be based in Sweden and have a willingness to travel regularly to our offices in Stockholm, Norrköping, and Linköping, as well as to our clients across Europe.
