Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Informatics Business team in Northern and Eastern Europe. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.\
  • Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.\
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.\
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.\
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.\
  • Experience in managing sales teams and developing sales strategies.\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.\
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.\
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.\
