About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading music streaming company, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and partners. As a Customer Success Manager, Ad Sales, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.

Responsibilities
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic planning, consultative selling, and project management expertise.
  • Fostering deep client relationships through regular interactions, RFP response, and media planning strategy.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to structure campaigns that meet key metrics and deliver desired outcomes.
  • Leading all aspects of campaign setup, launch, and activation processes, including creative production management.
  • Maintaining accurate pacing, delivery, and performance reporting, optimizing media plans as needed.

Your Background

  • A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media, planning, and/or buying.
  • Strong industry knowledge and a desire to grow within the digital media industry.
  • A reputation for providing outstanding customer service.
