Job Description

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure project deliverables meet MSA and SOW standards

- Achieve margin targets through efficiency, staffing, and performance management

Requirements
- B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA Intermediate with 10-12 years of BPO experience in F&A domains (P2C, O2C, R2R)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong people management and exposure to North American environments
- Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and ability to find win-win solutions
