Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Corporate Client Coverage to join our team in Stockholm. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client delivery and experience across all processes and services managed by Client Management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Relationship Managers with end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by Client Management.
  2. Engage clients throughout the process, ensuring seamless delivery and client experience.
  3. Owning and driving execution of processes, working closely with stakeholders and the value chain to deliver excellent client service.
  4. Ensure alignment between CIB business and Client Management with regular engagement regarding business priorities, issues, and addressing any gaps.
  5. Drive continuous improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes to increase consistency of systems and processes.
  6. Perform relevant account opening activities, working closely with relevant teams.
  7. Support the Relationship Manager in reviewing client account activity reviews, ensuring transactional activities are aligned to the client's business profile.
  8. Ensure alignment between Relationship Manager and Client Management with regular engagement regarding business priorities, issues, and addressing any gaps.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry covering corporate clients.
  • Clear understanding of client needs being serviced and strong drive to deliver exceptional client service and experience.
  • Strong ability to positively influence stakeholders across the value chain to both orchestrate and execute on processes and deliver exceptional client service and experience.
  • Ability to positively engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying solutions.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision and cope with pressures from tight deadlines.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills.
