About the Role

As a Business Development Manager for Restaurant Partnerships at Wolt, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, acquire, and build relationships with new business opportunities within the core segments of restaurants, small shops, and larger retail stores.
  • Travel to different cities in the region to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential partners.
  • Manage your own pipeline, ensuring that all leads are being effectively pursued and prioritized.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to ensure that partners receive the support they need to be happy and successful through their partnership with Wolt.
  • Analyze sales metrics to gain insights into performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of years of experience in B2B sales or B2C restaurant sales.
  • Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
  • Experienced negotiator.
  • Ability to work with data and use insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to independently manage your own pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English is required to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Salary and Benefits
