Role Description
Firefly requires a Process Industry Sales Cycle Expert to drive sales growth and expansion within the process industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for advanced fire prevention systems.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including customer engagement, lead generation, and negotiation.
- Maintain and develop existing business relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize market presence.
- Work closely with the French Division team to drive regional growth.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with distributors in France.
- Travel extensively throughout France and other regions as needed.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent academic background.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering roles.
- Technical expertise and passion for innovative technologies.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Adaptability and ability to evolve strategies as needed.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in French, English, and Swedish (desired).
