We are seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our fast-growing Tork business in Turkey. The successful candidate will be responsible for gaining, developing, maintaining, and managing profitable accounts within the responsibility area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain, develop, maintain, and manage profitable accounts within the responsibility area.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, securing customer satisfaction and following the overall BU customer strategy.
- Manage the business in the area of responsibility by implementing sales plans, customer mix, and volume mix to optimize profitability and fulfill targets.
- Drive local implementation of marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and collaboration with sales and related functions (e.g., Marketing).
- Achieve sales targets in the responsible region.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- 2-3 years of related sales experience (preferably in the BtB sector).
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Understanding of customer needs.
- Dynamic and result-oriented.
- Communicative command of English.
- No restriction for traveling on a frequent basis.
- Active driver.
