About the Role

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across multiple markets.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in operations, compliance, legal, and C-suite roles.
  • Driving business growth through successful deal closures and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in selling, establishing new customer relationships, and securing annual and multi-year agreements with B2B customers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, complex customer opportunities from initial contact to established long-term customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple customer and team stakeholders across departments, including senior executives and C-suite members.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem and products, with the technical knowledge to advise on product adoption.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with expertise in identifying the most effective communication channels to accelerate deals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
