Senior Account Executive, Enterprise

We are looking for an experienced and outgoing salesperson to join our internal team in Stockholm on our mission to make the world a better place.

This role focuses on building and expanding Beetroot's client base, primarily in Sweden, with secondary markets in Norway and Denmark. Our current clients rate us highly; the ideal candidate should not be shy to use their existing network to drive sales. We're looking for a high-energy individual who enjoys nurturing their network through attending and organizing events – and who simultaneously excels at building long-term client relationships.

You will be working in close collaboration with our sales team, our founder, as well as CEO based in our cozy offices on Södermalm, Stockholm.

If you are a proactive, social, and sales-driven professional with a strong network and a passion for IT consulting and competence development, we encourage you to apply for this role.

What you'll do in this role

  • Identify, manage, and grow relationships with new potential clients, particularly in the enterprise segment.
  • Sell our core offerings: tech team extensions, complete software projects, and team upskilling workshops.
  • Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and industry meetups to generate new business opportunities.
  • Drive organization of our own networking receptions, targeted at strengthening client relationships and generating new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction, including good CRM hygiene and tracking.
  • Develop expertise in key target industries.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Proven experience in selling IT consultancy services.
  • Strong personal network and a willingness to leverage it for sales success.
  • Highly extroverted personality with an affinity for networking and events.
  • Ability to operate on both strategic and operational levels, ensuring smooth execution of deals.
  • People-oriented with strong relationship-building skills and patience for complex processes.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities, activities, and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.

How to knock our socks off

  • Background in cybersecurity/GreenTech/ClimateTech, HR, competence development, or L&D.
  • Naming five or more dishes that include beetroot besides borshch.
