The Role involves handling daily client operations, resolving escalations, and forecasting project revenue and margins. You will also design solutions, manage client expectations, and support commercial discussions on cost overruns and scope creep.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in reporting, process reviews, and transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with offshore delivery, PEx, automation, and vertical teams to meet contract commitments.

Required qualifications include a B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA Intermediate with 10-12 years of BPO experience in F&A domains (P2P, O2C, R2R). Advanced MS Office skills, strong people management, and exposure to North American environments are essential.
