Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth and Retention: Achieve targets and KPIs by retaining and expanding revenue from assigned accounts, reducing customer churn, and maximising upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- New Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities, both within the existing account base and by acquiring new clients. Develop and execute strategies to target potential customers and expand Aspire Software's market presence.
- Client Strategy Development: Create and implement tailored contact and account strategies to meet client needs and drive growth.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, serving as the primary contact for queries and swiftly resolving issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Utilise various channels to generate leads, qualify prospects, and drive the sales pipeline. Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and leverage market intelligence to identify potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions with clients to understand their needs, advocate on their behalf, and contribute to product development and strategy.
- Market Knowledge: Continuously develop your understanding of our product portfolio, competitor landscape, and industry trends to effectively position our solutions to clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in sales or account management. You should have a strong understanding of SaaS technologies and a passion for learning and sharing knowledge. Additionally, you should have:
- A proven track record in a sales or account management role, with experience in both managing existing accounts and prospecting for new business.
- Demonstrated success in retaining and growing revenues across assigned accounts, including a history of meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive self-starter with excellent organisational skills, time management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid understanding of SaaS technologies and a passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
- Proven ability to identify and win new business, with a strategic approach to sales and client acquisition.
