Customer Success Manager

Brightvision is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects and campaigns that balance the needs of our clients with our objectives, while monitoring profitability, performance, and delivering an unrivalled customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage projects and campaigns that align with client goals and objectives, while ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and providing expert guidance on marketing strategies and tactics.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive client success and revenue growth, including multi-channel outbound marketing campaigns and prospect data list management.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve client success initiatives and drive business growth.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and client deliverables.
- Experience: Previous successful experience in B2B telemarketing/inside sales, marketing agencies, and digital marketing project management.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, leadership experience, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and in-depth understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles, buyer personas, and outbound multi-channel marketing methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
