Job Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily customer lead management, identifying customer needs through initial email or chat conversations, and transferring high potential prospects to the B2B sales team.

  • Daily customer lead management.
  • Identify customer needs and transfer prospects to the B2B sales team.
  • Manage incoming customer support questions and monitor follow-up on each individual customer case.

Requirements:

  • Previous inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Interest in communicating with individual customers to understand their needs for further guidance within Katam's sales channels.
