Sales Leadership Manager

As the Sales Leadership Manager - Enterprise, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, developing strategic account management skills, and driving growth across the EMEA region. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our retention team, collaboration platform, product, and marketing teams to drive customer success and growth.
You will recruit, onboard, and coach new sales development representatives (SDRs) and growth executives (GEs). You will also develop and mentor each team member to help them reach their full potential and drive high performance.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in selling to enterprises, handling complex sales processes, and developing strategic account management skills. They will also possess a strong background in leading and developing high-performing teams, excellent relationship-building skills, and an analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
