Job Description
The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving customer success across a portfolio of strategic accounts, leveraging their expertise in customer relationship management and commercial ownership to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop and execute account plans that align with customer goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in customer success, commercial ownership, and account management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders alike. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA or similar advanced degree highly desirable.
