(Senior) Account Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Stockholm
As a (Senior) Account Manager, you are the key point of contact for our local automotive client for all marketing related activities & services. On your account, you are responsible for the development and execution of all Swedish marketing campaigns & projects from the initiation to the implementation.
Your Tasks:
- Marketing Initiatives: Oversee all marketing-related activities, including campaigns, strategies, website maintenance, and microsites.
- Account Management: Manage account activities from brief to project completion.
- Campaign Adaptation: Lead the adaptation of global marketing campaigns for local markets.
- Business Development: Drive strategic client business development.
- Client Relationship: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering work on time and on budget.
- Project Documentation: Maintain project plans, briefs, status reports, and other documentation.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage client budgets, ensuring cost-effective responses.
Skills Needed:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing key accounts, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients to achieve common goals.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software, metric/analytics tools, and experience in website production, creative processes, and application development.
