About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Specialist to join our Finance Department in Stockholm. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance work from home and office time. As part of our small but exceptional team of three, located in both Stockholm and London, you will play a key role in our finance operations.
We are focused on achieving profitable growth for our Studio. To succeed in this role, we believe that you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and love working with structured processes to handle day-to-day accounting, monthly closing, and Excel analysis.
You should bring a positive attitude, be comfortable challenging existing processes constructively, and possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with the business. High integrity is essential due to the sensitive nature of the information you'll handle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Statutory accounting and reporting to relevant authorities for Swedish legal entities
- Full monthly closing
- Project controlling – forecasting and cost control (profitability monitoring) of projects (bid, follow-up, and analysis during production, post-production analysis, and reporting)
- Cash management
- Collaboration with the Finance Manager UK and Head of Finance regarding budget and monthly follow-up
- Ensuring budgets are kept and profitability is achieved
- External audit process preparation and follow-up
- Other finance administration tasks
- Ad-hoc analysis
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in finance
- Detail-oriented and structured mindset
- Easy-to-approach personality
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and controlling
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours, hybrid work possibilities, and access to a modern office with unlimited coffee supplies.
