The Sheraton Stockholm Hotel is a renowned hospitality brand, synonymous with excellence since 1937. As part of Marriott International, we strive to redefine the essence of hospitality by merging rich cultural heritage with modern luxury and a deep commitment to sustainability.

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Front Office Associate to join our front desk team. This role is instrumental in ensuring exceptional customer service and aligning the hotel as one of the top luxury hotels in Stockholm post-renovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage check-in/check-out procedures and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Exceed guest expectations by providing personalized service and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Stay informed about events, VIP arrivals, and group check-ins to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by communicating and recording all feedback and complaints according to established processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and good relationships with internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working at a hotel front desk is essential.
  • Experience in Opera is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and independent work approach.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a focus on guest needs and expectations.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
