We are now looking for a motivated and compassionate Front Office Associate to join our front desk team during the night to ensure exceptional customer service as we align the hotel as one of the top luxury hotels in Stockholm post-renovation.

Key Responsibilities:
· Exceed guest expectations in a dynamic environment
· Ensure efficient and welcoming service for all guests
· Handle check-ins and check-outs
· Maintain full awareness of the hotel's occupancy status and room availability
· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction assuring personalized service and addressing guest concerns/needs promptly
· Communicate and record all feedback and complaints according to established procedures
· Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other teams and departments
· Foster good relationships with all internal and external customers

Qualifications:
· Has experience working at a hotel front desk
· Has good knowledge and experience working with Opera
· Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Possess strong computer skills
· Proactive and independent work approach
· Good problem-solving skills with a focus on guest needs and expectation
· Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
