The Magic Starts At Six

At Six is a contemporary art and design hotel with rooms and suites, including our Masterpiece Suite and 32 longstay apartments adjacent to the hotel. In the house you will also find the wine bar Blanche & Hierta, At Six Cocktailbar and the large international restaurant Dining Room. There is also a gym, wellness and m2 flexible event and meeting space. At Six is run by Petter Stordalen's hotel group Nordic Hotels & Resorts, together with the neighboring hotel Hobo, The Thief, Copperhill, Yasuragi, Villa Copenhagen, Sommerro, Kämp hotels and the American Line.

Our Front Office Team is made up of bright and self-standing individuals who strive every day to deliver a true At Six Experience, 24/7, days per year. We take pride in welcoming our guests and assisting them with all types of requests; from check in to check out and everything that stands in between. We particularly like challenging situations, love troubleshooting and delivering the At Six wow factor. Our mission is to redefine service at the Front Desk and be the benchmark department in terms of service for Stockholm and Sweden

Our Front Office Team operates around the clock and takes care of both our inhouse guests as well as guests staying in our At Six residences.

The Role and Our Philosophy

As Front Office Ambassador, you are responsible for the smooth running of the department during the day, supporting our Front Office Team with a variety of tasks, check in, check out, and taking care of our guests' email inbox. This position comes with great responsibility and flexibility as your main focus will be on Front Office related tasks and a number of other duties connected to the whole hotel operations.

Our philosophy is that every detail makes a difference, and the differences make all the details.

And what about you?

You have worked in either Front Office or Reservation and have at least 1 year experience using a well-known PMS platform (Cenium, Opera, Fidelio, Mews). Full command of both Swedish and English is needed. A driving license is desirable. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and preferably have some experience working within the luxury segment of our industry.

A go-get attitude will take you a long way, and the ability to work in an international team and environment is needed to succeed in the role. A positive mindset and having fun at work is a must

To recap, do you have all of the below skills?

  • Previous experience within Front Office or Reservation Departments
  • Previous experience working with the luxury segment
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English
  • Good knowledge of any well-known PMS platform
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
