About the Opportunity

You will be the primary point of contact for our members and act as the face of WeWork. Your work will include:

  1. Building a welcoming and collaborative community environment through events and member engagement.
  2. Ensuring that our buildings are fully operational and processes are running efficiently.
  3. Driving growth and promotion of WeWork-provided service offerings.
  4. Taking direction from the Community Lead and the Community Manager to support the Community Team as necessary.
In this Role, You Will:

Front Desk Management:

  1. Cover the front desk during business hours and be an on-site point of contact.
  2. Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  3. Ensure all visiting guests sign-in via Welkio iPad.
  4. Learn member names to facilitate relationships and enhance the member experience.
  5. Anticipate member needs using relevant information to personalize their experience.
  6. Keep the front desk clean and organized.
  7. Notify members of food deliveries and couriers.
  8. Answer questions related to the building, including way-finding, policies, and procedures.

Events and Membership Engagement:

  1. Provide feedback on programming types based on member makeup.
  2. Celebrate members' successes and milestones through gifts and notes.
  3. Distribute event info, including weekly events posters and individual event posters.
  4. Ensure building-specific requirements are met for each event.
  5. Input notes into Spacestation or equivalent system about members.
  6. Identify opportunities to connect members with each other.
  7. Know local restaurants, food delivery services, and supply stores.
  8. Be active on the WeWork member network to engage members.
  9. Explain WeWork policies and procedures to members.

Building Operations and Management:

  1. Receive, process, sort, and organize mail.
  2. Issue post upon request and keep the mailroom organized.
  3. Return unidentified mail and former member mail after 30 days.
  4. Ensure courier parcels have correct details for pick-ups.
  5. Investigate and resolve 'lost' packages.
  6. Track and manage keys collected and distributed.
  7. Collect keys and key cards upon move-out.
  8. Review emergency equipment location and usage.
  9. Provide coffee machine support for guests and members.
