Customer Service Manager

The Front Office Team at At Six AB is comprised of highly motivated and dedicated individuals who strive to deliver exceptional service experiences for our guests. As a Front Office Night Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department during night shifts.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Night Manager, handling check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A key aspect of this role is providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel.
In order to excel in this position, you should possess previous experience working in the Front Office or Reservation Departments, as well as strong knowledge of luxury hotel operations. Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential, and proficiency in using PMS platforms is highly desirable.
