Role Overview

The Customer Service Desk Manager Nordics is a strategic role that oversees a team of 16 members across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the Customer Service Desk delivers exceptional service. Key responsibilities include setting and executing strategy, driving process improvements, and fostering a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing the Customer Service Desk (CSD) in the Nordics with a focus on process improvement
  • Be a driving force within the Operations leadership team
  • Leverage the needs of CSD with other internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the management team to ensure the vision is effectively executed

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in a customer-facing role and demonstrated ability to manage off-site teams effectively. Strong results-oriented leadership skills are essential.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership position
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage off-site teams effectively
  • Strong results-oriented leadership skills
  • Fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish as well as fluent in English
