About the Job:

As a sales professional with us, you'll be responsible for driving strategic enterprise growth by partnering with our lead gen and sales engineering teams to turn prospects into raving fans and referenceable clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Hunt and close new business within your assigned client base.\
  • Build a sales pipeline 4X your target by cultivating at least 40 strategic relationships per account.\
  • Partner with our lead gen and sales engineering teams to deliver results-driven solutions.\
  • Orchestrate complex sales cycles with C-suite decision makers to identify strategic value and spot problems.\
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.\
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your sales approach.\
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our intelligent automation platform and its applications across various industries.\
  • Pursue opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth to enhance your skills and expertise.\
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (though your track record speaks louder).\
  • 5-8 years of experience crushing it in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas.\
  • A hunter's mindset with a consultant's approach to sales.\
  • Experience selling RPA, SaaS, or automation solutions.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical solutions.\
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and tools such as CRM systems.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.\
  • Able to travel occasionally for client meetings and sales events.\
  • A passion for innovative technologies and staying ahead of the curve.\
