Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth through effective account management.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quota targets and sustain long-term growth.
  3. Leverage industry expertise to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional value to customers.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to leverage support and enhance pipeline opportunities.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling complex business software or IT solutions.
  • Proven track record in C-level conversations and negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud/SaaS solutions and ERP offerings.
  • Demonstrated success in large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.

Education and Skills:

  • Masters degree or equivalent in a suitable field, with a focus on business process understanding.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with high creativity and innovation.
