Danish Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team at Qred AB. As a fintech scale-up bank, we're growing rapidly and need professionals who can adapt quickly and provide exceptional customer service.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, taking ownership of issue resolution, and collaborating with colleagues to drive improvements. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Underwriting and Collections teams, gaining valuable insights into our business operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Take ownership of issue resolution and customer interactions
Evaluate company suitability for our financial services
Communicate with customers regarding late invoices and propose solutions
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer-facing roles, especially with phone and email interaction
Excellent proficiency in both Danish and English languages
Prior experience in fintech or fast-paced companies is beneficial
Key Skills:

Able to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
