
Customer Experience Programs Manager

In the Nordic region, we have 1,600 employees based in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway, working together to achieve this goal. The Nordics Consumer Experience team is seeking a skilled professional to lead commercial initiatives and drive consumer programs that close gaps in consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify business opportunities and develop new initiatives based on consumer pain points and market trends
- Evaluate the impact of consumer programs and ensure alignment with our Smore Free Future strategy
- Track progress of programs, projects, and initiatives against KPIs and goals, recommending corrective actions as needed
About You:
- University degree or equivalent in Business Management / Marketing, Engineering / Tech or Finance
- At least 4+ years of experience in Marketing / Business Development / Consumer experience (preferably in FMCG)
- Fluency in English is a requirement for this role. Knowledge of Nordic language would be advantageous
