In the Nordic region, we have 1,600 employees based in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway, working together to achieve this goal. The Nordics Consumer Experience team is seeking a skilled professional to lead commercial initiatives and drive consumer programs that close gaps in consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify business opportunities and develop new initiatives based on consumer pain points and market trends
  • Evaluate the impact of consumer programs and ensure alignment with our Smore Free Future strategy
  • Track progress of programs, projects, and initiatives against KPIs and goals, recommending corrective actions as needed

About You:

  • University degree or equivalent in Business Management / Marketing, Engineering / Tech or Finance
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Marketing / Business Development / Consumer experience (preferably in FMCG)
  • Fluency in English is a requirement for this role. Knowledge of Nordic language would be advantageous
