Job Description

We are seeking a CX Programs Senior Specialist to join our Nordics Consumer Experience team.

In this role, you'll identify business opportunities and drive consumer programs designed to close gaps in consumer experience.

You'll develop new initiatives based on consumer pain points and business opportunities.

You'll evaluate the impact of our consumer programs, ensuring we stay ahead in delivering our Smoke-Free Future strategy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial initiatives across a multi-category market related to deployment of consumer programs.
  • Track progress of programs, projects, and initiatives against KPIs and goals.
  • Connect various data sources to measure the impact and performance of our programs.
  • Identify the right audiences for consumer engagement and manage the contact strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of acquisition/retention initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent in Business Management/Marketing, Engineering/Tech, or Finance.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Marketing/Business Development/Consumer experience.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement for this role.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities paired with strong implementation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
