Key Account Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team, playing a key role in accelerating sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. This individual will be responsible for ensuring customers stay engaged with Treyd, identifying opportunities to increase customers' usage of our services, and driving internal initiatives to enhance client-facing experiences.
Responsibilities- Own a book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality services.
- Ensure customers stay engaged with Treyd, securing active credit limits and facilitating orders in a structured and proactive manner.
- Identify opportunities to increase customers' usage of our services or potential risks within accounts.
- Engage with diverse customer segments, including D2C brands, multi-brand retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, each with unique credit needs and purchasing behaviors.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, support, account management, or similar roles.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Good understanding of basic financial metrics.
