Sales Professional

As a Territory Sales Manager with TN Sweden, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker’s Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden. Your primary goal is to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders through product trainings, identify new customers, and provide ongoing service to existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, conducting negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
- Advise and train medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations and provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
- Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare, or related.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish required.
- Valid driver's license necessary for regular customer visits.
