About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Purchaser to join our Nordic Sourcing team. As a key player in our business, you will be responsible for purchasing Nordic assortment with a focus on the Danish and southern Swedish supplier base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with suppliers
  • Build and optimize the supplier base by acquiring new suppliers and brand partners
  • Make purchase decisions to meet KPIs in terms of assortment, margins, stock turnover, and payment terms
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to develop and implement our assortment strategy

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or similar
  • At least five years of experience in sales or purchasing of consumer goods
  • Significant experience from working with external partners and building relationships
  • Excellent negotiator and communications skills
  • Category/Spend or KAM experience
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability
  • Ability to cope with a high workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English. Fluency in Danish is a big plus.
