Strategic Accommodation Manager

About the Role:
The Strategic Accommodation Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering accommodation strategies to ensure TUI products are loved by customers and commercially viable across all TUI markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the seasonal planning activity, understanding source market requirements, reviewing commercial performance, and volume forecasting to develop product plans.
- Responsible for product plans and briefing them to all TUI markets to gain buy-in.
- Create a solid bed brief to Group Purchasing and Dynamic/Acco Only, and support them as the main contact for Markets Product for the bed brief delivery.
- Develop commitment/risk proposals and track commitment/risk plans to ensure successful outcomes and mitigation of shortfalls.
- Monitor portfolio performance, tracking commercial and quality metrics, and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Manage destination trading, adjust forecasts, and amend the product plan when necessary.
- Collaborate with Group Purchasing and Local Market Commercial teams to deliver a profitable product plan.
- Participate in projects within the Markets Product Management team and take over the Key Account Role for Hotel Chains in your area.

- Display strong knowledge of the destination and understanding of its product and resort characteristics.
- International travel is required.
