Role and Responsibilities
Job Summary: As a Program Manager, you will lead on coordinating multiple projects to grow and maintain the SAS program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead key strategic programs, identifying new opportunities and assessing and prioritizing opportunities based on metric goals, business needs, technical feasibility, and customer value.
- Monitor progress against goals, anticipating risks, resolving issues, and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
- Contribute to process and policy creation in collaboration with partner teams.
- Collaborate with program and business leaders to define program objectives, processes, and key opportunities.
- Communicate status, risks, initiatives, and changes of program milestones and goals to business leaders and teams.
- Identify ways to collect and work backwards from customer insights to develop programs to grow and maintain program health.
Requirements
- Experience in program or project management.
- Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level.
