We are looking for an Acquisition and Partnership Professional to manage our end-to-end recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring leaders. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at If Vahinkovakuutus Oyj and contribute to our success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, a passion for Talent Acquisition, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions, as well as driving employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.

About the Role:

This is a temporary position until August/September 2026, and you will be working closely with our Tech & Specialist TA team, reporting to the Team Lead for Tech & Specialist TA. You will join a welcoming, skilled, and inclusive team that supports and motivates each other in daily work.

You will have daily interactions with hiring leaders, as well as key stakeholders from the business, who will support you in succeeding and growing in your role. As a key business partner, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the organization.

Your Qualifications:

  • A university degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within IT/tech and business roles
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
  • Experience driving employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to optimize recruitment processes
  • Interest in and experience with HR systems and recruitment technologies
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
