Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and improve venue performance through strong portfolio analysis and active account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our restaurant partners, ensuring their experience is seamless and they are set up for success.
- Use data to optimize venue performance by improving key metrics such as growth, ad spend, AVT, and service score.
- Apply an effective restaurant tiering approach to maximize the impact of account management activities across the restaurant portfolio.
- Conduct regular quality and satisfaction checks to ensure service standards are met.
- Renegotiate contracts with venues as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with restaurant partners.
- Implement and sell new products within the Wolt portfolio to our venues.
- Work closely with the sales and onboarding teams to ensure successful launches of new venues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
- Experience working with analytics platforms or strong Excel skills to drive data-driven decisions.
- Structured, detailed, and service-oriented approach.
- Passion for food and developing the best restaurants in town.
- Strong commercial sense with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
- Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
