- Aply business acumen in account planning, considering economic, industry, and company factors.
- Map key stakeholders in an account to assess relationship strength and create an account outreach strategy.
- Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal customer success.
- Embody humility, seeking help from colleagues when faced with challenges or unknowns.
- Demonstrate discipline in territory and account planning, forecasting, and quota attainment.
- Utilize CRM and other sales tools effectively to manage sales and buyer cycles.
Requirements
Basic Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant closing sales experience.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency in Finnish, Norwegian, and/or Danish.
- Knowledge and experience managing complex sales processes.
- Sales experience in the Staffing Sector, directly and through partners.
- Executive presence and business acumen.
- SaaS solution sales experience.
- Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions.
- Negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.
- Ability to find, manage, and close high-level business.
- Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision-making.
- Capacity to manage multiple prospect situations.
