Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to fill the role of Area Sales Manager in Central Sweden.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the Swedish building projects market, including architects, designers, investors, and specifiers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition and Management: Acquire, develop, and manage customers in Central Sweden to win specifications and achieve sales targets for the area.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Proactive networking with architects, local authorities, project developers, floor layers, and other potential decision-makers involved in the specification of flooring.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Manage buying customers (floor layers, contractors) to achieve sales targets for the region.
  • Distributor Support and Training: Support and train distributors/retailers, including joint customer visits.
  • Project Follow-up and Documentation: Consistent follow-up of projects and specification processes, including documentation and tracking in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Provide market research concerning competition, distribution, product trends, standards, etc.
  • Customer Events and Trade Shows: Organize and participate in customer events and trade shows.
