Central Region Sales Position
We are looking for a motivated professional to fill the role of Area Sales Manager in Central Sweden.
This position involves developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the Swedish building projects market, including architects, designers, investors, and specifiers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Customer Retention: Retain customers in Central Sweden to win specifications and achieve sales targets for the area.
- Professional Networking: Network with architects, local authorities, project developers, floor layers, and other potential decision-makers involved in the specification of flooring.
- Sales Growth: Manage buying customers (floor layers, contractors) to achieve sales targets for the region.
- Distributor Partnership: Partner with distributors/retailers, including joint customer visits.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor projects and specification processes, including documentation and tracking in the CRM system.
- Industry Intelligence: Provide industry intelligence concerning competition, distribution, product trends, standards, etc.
- Customer Engagement: Organize and participate in customer events and trade shows.
