Central Sweden Sales Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager in Central Sweden.
This position requires a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Swedish building projects market, including architects, designers, investors, and specifiers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in Central Sweden to win specifications and achieve sales targets for the area.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with architects, local authorities, project developers, floor layers, and other potential decision-makers involved in the specification of flooring.
- Sales Performance: Manage buying customers (floor layers, contractors) to achieve sales targets for the region.
- Distributor Collaboration: Collaborate with distributors/retailers, including joint customer visits.
- Project Tracking: Track projects and specification processes, including documentation and tracking in the CRM system.
- Market Insights: Provide market insights concerning competition, distribution, product trends, standards, etc.
- Customer Experience: Organize and participate in customer events and trade shows.
