Sales Specialist for Neurovascular Products

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with our world-class Neurovascular product portfolio through comprehensive trainings and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to build and monitor the sales plan for the assigned territory, based on business objectives and customer needs.
- Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies, prospecting new customers, conducting negotiations, and maintaining market trend knowledge.
- Provide expert advice, training, and support to physicians, lab staff, and medical professionals, as well as perform in-theatre support when required.
- Ensure sales revenue growth by collaborating with internal departments, coordinating product availability, delivery dates, inventory levels, and more.
- Attend trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to identify new customers and expand your knowledge base for customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in (neuro) interventional radiology and/or medical devices.
- Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English is essential.
- A diploma/degree in a related field, such as radiography, healthcare, or business administration, is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and commitment to travel within the territory for position and product line support are necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit are vital.
