Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Familiarize yourself with our world-class Neurovascular product portfolio through comprehensive trainings and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
  2. Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to build and monitor the sales plan for the assigned territory, based on business objectives and customer needs.
  3. Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies, prospecting new customers, conducting negotiations, and maintaining market trend knowledge.
  4. Provide expert advice, training, and support to physicians, lab staff, and medical professionals, as well as perform in-theatre support when required.
  5. Ensure sales revenue growth by collaborating with internal departments, coordinating product availability, delivery dates, inventory levels, and more.
  6. Attend trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to identify new customers and expand your knowledge base for customer interactions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven sales experience, preferably in (neuro) interventional radiology and/or medical devices.
  2. Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English is essential.
  3. A diploma/degree in a related field, such as radiography, healthcare, or business administration, is preferred.
  4. A valid driver's license and commitment to travel within the territory for position and product line support are necessary.
  5. Excellent communication skills and team spirit are vital.
