Share Your Talent

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to join us as HR Manager Advise for the Nordic region. You will lead a team of five HR Advisors across nearly 200 stores in the Nordic countries, including both established markets and emerging ones. In this role, you’ll ensure HR is central to our success while providing expert guidance to leaders and employees and driving both local and global HR initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop your team while providing expert HR guidance.
- Manage employee relations, labour law compliance, and collective bargaining across the region.
- Drive HR processes and projects to support business success.
- Lead change management and support business transformation.
- Oversee health, safety, and well-being initiatives in line with our values.
- Conduct HR training and foster a leadership culture aligned with company values.
- Use HR data and insights to drive business decisions.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Support talent development and workforce planning.

Key Qualifications

- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong commitment to a people-first culture and talent retention.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Growth mindset and values-driven leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and HR system skills.
- Experience in both operational and strategic HR roles. Fluency in English is required; additional Nordic language are a plus.
- (additional Nordic languages a plus).
- Experience managing HR projects and ensuring execution excellence.
