Client Success Manager
I rollen som Client Success Manager är ditt primära ansvar att utveckla och vårda långsiktiga relationer med våra befintliga kunder. Genom att skapa en trygg och inspirerande kundupplevelse säkerställer du att våra kunder får den bästa servicen och upplevelsen. Du strävar hela tiden efter att hitta kreativa lösningar som lyfter kundupplevelsen och identifiera nya möjligheter som gör skillnad för både oss och kunden. Med fokus på kundnöjdhet och återkommande affärer blir du en viktig del av vår tillväxt och framgång.
Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden
- Upprätthålla och utveckla starka, långsiktiga relationer med befintliga kunder.
- Förstå kundernas behov och utmaningar för att kunna identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter
- Skapa och genomföra strategier för att maximera försäljningspotentialen hos varje kund.
- Delta i kundmöten, presentationer och förhandlingar.
- Samverka med interna avdelningar för att säkerställa att kundens behov uppfylls och överträffas.
- Uppnå och överträffa KPI:er som satts upp av företaget - såsom försäljning.
- Strategiskt följa upp försäljning och affärsmöjligheter utifrån de KPI:er som satts upp.
Vem tror vi att du är?
För att du ska trivas som Client Success Manager ser vi att du är en kommunikativ och affärsdriven person med förmåga att bygga förtroende och långsiktiga kundrelationer.
Vi ser gärna att du har flera års erfarenhet av försäljning och kundrelationer, gärna inom marknadsföring och influencer marketing.
Du har en god förmåga att förstå kunders affärsbehov och omsätta dessa i lösningar, vilket du gör på ett strukturerat sätt.
Genom ett starkt affärssinne och en resultatorienterad inställning hjälper du våra kunder att nå framgång.
Du har en utmärkt kommunikations- och presentationsförmåga, både skriftligen och muntligen.
