Job Summary
As an Institutional Client Advisor at JPMAM, you will have the ability to partner with the largest institutional investors in the Nordic region and to build solutions to serve our clients’ needs. We aim to be the trusted advisor to institutional clients in the region and to increase our market share across a range of asset classes with new and existing clients.
Job Responsibilities
1. Be ahead of industry developments and acquire a deep knowledge of the evolving regulatory landscape and product trends, enabling JPMAM to anticipate client needs and offer innovative solutions.
2. Show a desire to collaborate and thrive in a team-based environment.
3. Deliver the best products and solutions to our clients combined with a proven ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders at senior levels.
4. Engage clients in discussions about new product concepts and solutions to help solve complex client challenges.
5. Develop and manage your client portfolio to achieve the objectives with the region’s business plan.
6. Work closely with the Nordic team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
1. Strong technical and analytical skillset.
2. Understanding of investment processes, risks, market and macro-economic framework.
3. An entrepreneurial attitude with project management skills and flexibility at applying innovative ideas to meet customers' needs.
4. High-impact communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an effective way.
5. Relevant and current experience within Nordic financial services industry, ideally in Asset Management in a client-facing role.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
1. Graduate degree.
2. Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently.
3. Experience developing and executing on a data-driven sales business plan within a defined channel or region.
4. Willing to take ownership of tasks assigned.
5. Capacity to operate in a team setting, cultivating effective relationships with internal partners.
6. Excellent presentation skills.
7. Language: English (fluent in writing and speaking), Nordic language (preferred).
