About the role as Client Director
You will have a key role in the Care Sweden team, developing customer accounts as well as our market presence. Your vital role, close to our most important customers, will provide you with understanding about the customers’ digitalization strategy and journey ahead. In your role you are a key person taking part in developing our strategy for the market and to influence our short- and long-term product strategies.
Among your focus responsibilities and activities are, to:
- Drive growth in our market and at your customers - one focus region is Västra Götalandsregionen
- Create excellent customer relationships
- Ensure the right guidance for the customer in their digitalization and be seen as a trusted advisor and partner
- Understand and identify customers’ present and future needs
- Create new opportunities, and generate new business
- Take an active role internally to drive and develop our products and offerings to suit the current and future market needs
Ideally you possess the following competences and abilities:
- Experience from large and complex value driven sales and deliveries in software, IT systems and projects
- Clearly takes the role as strategic advisor and peer to c-level, and below
- Strong presenter and creator of complex value propositions orally and in written
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish, and you speak proficient business English
It would be great if you also had experience from one or more of below areas:
- Business development or strategic IT position at large healthcare provider or at municipality within the Social Care area
- Complex business sales from supplier of complex digital solutions and software to Health and/or Social Care
- Senior management consulting experience for healthcare market
- …..or, the above within relevant firms and to relevant customers providing a good base for our business
